Simple arrangements, honestly run
Booking referrals
Someone asks us for Bristol in March and we cannot help. Rather than sending them back to a platform, we send them to you at a direct rate. A modest referral fee, agreed in advance, paid on completed stays only.
Overflow network
Match weekends and August fill South Wales solid. When we are full we place guests with partners nearby, and we expect the same when your town is full and ours is not.
Corporate & insurer placement
Companies and insurers want one contact across several cities. We hold the relationship, you take the booking, and nobody pays commission.
What we need to see before we send anyone to you
We will be asked to stand behind the placement, so we check before we make it. Nothing here is unreasonable; it is what we hold ourselves to.
- A properly equipped kitchen and a separate living space
- Professional changeover cleaning with commercially laundered linen
- Full-fibre or comparable broadband, with the speed stated honestly
- Gas Safe, EICR and fire risk assessment in date
- Appropriate short-let insurance and any required licence
- A real person reachable during the stay, within an hour
