The standard is the same whichever door you come in by. What changes is how much of the running you keep.
Airbnb management
Full management for owners who would rather not run it themselves. We list the property, set the pricing, look after the guests, and keep the calendars in step across every platform so the same dates never sell twice. Existing listings move across with their reviews intact.
Co-hosting
For established hosts who want the day-to-day lifted without giving up the listing. It stays in your name and you stay involved. We take the guess work out of pricing, handle guest messages, keep listings up to date, and market the property across multiple channels.
Holiday-let management
Have a holiday home you only use a few weeks a year? Let it earn its keep for the rest of them. We handle the bookings, the changeovers and the quiet season, and you keep agreed dates for yourself.
Short-let management
Short stays, weekends, working weeks and everything in between. We market the property, price it against live demand, and look after every guest from enquiry to checkout, so it earns midweek as well as at weekends.
Before you book
Is it cheaper to book direct than on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. Those platforms charge commission on every reservation, and that cost has to be built into the nightly rate we publish there. Booking direct removes it.
Where are your properties?
We currently manage homes in Penarth, located on the edge of Cardiff within 10 minutes of the City Centre, and Barry, a seaside destination within half an hour of Cardiff. Through our partner network we can also arrange direct-booked stays with trusted hosts elsewhere in the UK.
What makes a serviced home better than a hotel?
Space and self-sufficiency. Every home has its own living area and a kitchen, so you can cook a proper meal rather than eating out every night, spread out in the evening, and put a wash on. For stays longer than two or three nights, it is far more comfortable and often materially cheaper.
Do you take stays of a month or longer?
We do for select properties, and we even offer up to 20% off. If we are unable to accommodate your stay, we can source other properties through our partner network.
Can I book several properties for a large group?
Yes. For large groups that require additional space, we can arrange a custom quote for nearby homes.
I do not own a property in South Wales. Are you still able to manage it?
Yes. We are based in South Wales, but we are also able to manage properties in nearby towns, cities and regions. We can also manage properties anywhere in the UK through our co-hosting services.
