A settled base while you find your feet
Moving to a new city is difficult enough without worrying about finding a comfortable place to stay while you find your feet. Take a premium furnished home for a month or three, with space to work, a kitchen to cook in and a living room to sit in, the perfect temporary base until you find somewhere more permanent.
- Space to live, work and relax, not one room
- A kitchen and a table instead of eating out
- Bills and broadband included in the rate
- Better value and more convenient than a hotel
Why people relocating book serviced accommodation
The details that decide whether a stay works, rather than the ones that photograph well.
Short-term booking, not a long-term tenancy
No lease and no referencing. Book and stay as long as you need, no need to be tied into a tenancy agreement for a house you do not plan on settling in.
Better value than a hotel
The comfort and convenience of a real home with enough space and privacy for the whole family to settle in, rather than a stuffy hotel room.
A kitchen and a table to eat at
A full kitchen with enough pans for a real home cooked meal, and a table to sit at. Weeks of takeaways and eating out costs more than the accommodation does.
Convenient locations and transport links
Homes near towns, cities and transport links, so a commute is workable while you decide where you want to settle.
Room to work and room to relax
A desk or a table to work from with full broadband, and living space away from it. Working out of a rented room for weeks is a very different proposition from working from a home.
Somewhere to land while you find your feet
A luxury furnished home with everything already in it, so you can arrive with a suitcase and take your time working out where you actually want to live. Space to work, a kitchen to cook in and a living room to relax in. It is cheaper when you book direct with us.

Asked and answered
Are bills included?
Yes. Energy, water, broadband and council tax are within the rate.
Do I need references or a tenancy deposit?
This is a booking rather than a tenancy, so there is no referencing. Some homes require a small refundable security deposit, and the listing says which. This is taken as a temporary authorisation on a card and not a charge.
Do you have dog-friendly properties?
Yes, many of our properties are pet friendly so you are more than welcome to bring the family dog. Each listing states the policy.
