Group stays, across one home or several
A group in a hotel is a set of separate rooms and nowhere to sit down together. Our premium homes have the space for a group to stay under one roof, with a kitchen and a living room everybody can use. Where a gathering is larger than any single property, we place you across two or three homes a short distance apart.
- Room for the whole group in one home
- A living room to share, rather than a room each
- Kitchens and tables built for eating together
- Usually cheaper per head than separate hotel rooms
Why groups book a whole property
The details that decide whether a stay works, rather than the ones that photograph well.
Space for everyone
Enough beds and rooms that nobody is on a sofa or sharing with someone they would rather not. Every listing states how many the home sleeps and how the bedrooms are arranged.
A kitchen and a table for the group
A full kitchen with the hob, oven, fridge and pans to cook for a group rather than for two.
Cheaper per head than a hotel
Split across a group, a whole house typically costs less than the equivalent hotel rooms.
Arrive when you arrive
Self check-in by secure key code, so a group turning up at different times through the evening does not need anybody waiting at a reception desk.
Everything ready for the whole group
Fresh linen and towels for every guest, full broadband included, and a starter supply of tea and coffee.
A whole place, not a handful of rooms
One luxury property, one set of keys, and somewhere everybody can sit down together. Furnished and equipped for a group rather than a couple, with the kitchen and living space to match. It is cheaper when you book direct with us, too.

Asked and answered
Is a whole home better than a hotel?
For two nights or more, definitely. You get a separate living room, a well equipped kitchen and home amenities for around the price of a mid-range hotel room, and considerably less than two rooms if there are more than two of you.
What size group can you take?
It depends on the home, and every listing states the maximum number of guests. Where a group is larger than a single property, we look at placing you across two or more homes, or ask hosts in our wider network for something suitable nearby.
Do you allow parties, or stag and hen groups?
Groups attending parties and gatherings are welcome to stay in one of our properties. However, we do not allow parties or gatherings to be hosted at any property without explicit consent, and only the number of guests on the reservation may stay at the property.
