Leisure stays in a whole home, not a hotel room
A weekend should not begin with a check-in queue and end sitting on a bed. Our premium homes give you a living room, a kitchen and your own front door, with flexible check-in at a time that suits you.
- A living room, not just a bed
- Great locations
- Self check-in, whatever time you arrive
- A kitchen you would actually use
Why our guests book a holiday home rather than a hotel
The details that decide whether a stay works, rather than the ones that photograph well.
Somewhere to actually sit
Every home has room to sit back and relax. A weekend feels longer when the evening is not spent perched on a mattress.
A kitchen you would use
A fridge, hob, oven, decent knives and enough pans to cook something real. Breakfast at home saves you an hour and thirty pounds.
Great locations
Our homes sit near the things people actually come for: beaches and coast paths, pubs and places to eat worth walking to, and a city close enough for a day out. Every listing says what is nearby and how long it really takes to get there.
Arrive when you arrive
Self check-in by secure key code. No reception, no waiting, no apologising for a late train.
Everything ready to go
Full broadband included rather than charged as an extra, a smart TV you can log into, fresh linen and towels, and a starter supply of tea and coffee.
Somewhere comfortable to come back to
Whether it is a weekend away, a city break or a slower week by the coast, our luxury homes are furnished and equipped so you can settle in rather than make do. A full kitchen, proper living space, and everything ready before you arrive. It is cheaper when you book direct with us, too.

Asked and answered
Is a holiday home better than a hotel?
For two nights or more, definitely. You get a separate living room, a well equipped kitchen and home amenities for around the price of a mid-range hotel room, and considerably less than two rooms if there are more than two of you.
Do you have dog-friendly properties?
Yes, many of our properties are pet friendly. Each listing states the policy.
What is the minimum stay?
Usually two nights on most of our properties. The minimum stay on a property may vary depending on the day of the week and how far out you are looking to book. We may occasionally allow one night stays.
