Redlands is a superb three Bedroom House with two Balconies with panoramic and Sea Views
Sleeps 1-6 people plus there is the option on request for a further 2 by way of a very good Sofa bed, should you need to accommodate 8
A Double Bedroom with large outside balcony (Sleeps 2 – Double bed)
A triple bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony (Sleeps 3 - Three single beds)
A Single Bedroom option (Sleeps 1 - Single bed)

Redlands is located in the affluent West End of Barry a mere 30 minutes from the capital of Cardiff by rail or car, and is a stone’s throw from the golden sands of Barry.
Romilly Park, Prothkerry Country Park and the Knap are within a few minutes walk and are beautiful places for a lovely stroll with coffee shops and restaurants.
Barry rails station is a couple of mins from the front door of Redlands and then only a 25 minute journey to Cardiff. So it’s easy to get to the centre of Cardiff in around 30 mins and not even needing to find parking.
However traveling by car can also be done in under 30 mins but you have to allow a little time park up.
Redlands is also 9 mins drive from Cardiff Wales Airport (CWL), Rhoose, Barry, UK
There are some lovely restaurants and Boutiques in the Goodsheds development in Barry which is only 10 mins walk from Redlands.
The Goodsheds is a lovely modern development which comprises of repurposed shipping containers and train carriages, and gets a lot of people from affluent areas in Cardiff coming in.
There is also is another slightly more unusual reason Barry has ended up on the map: the hit BBC TV series Gavin and Stacey.
First broadcast in 2007, the show told the unlikely love story of Essex boy Gavin, played by Matthew Horne, and Barry native Stacey, portrayed by Joanna Page.
A massive hit with viewers, it ran for three series and made stars of writers James Corden and Ruth Jones. A Christmas special being filmed in Barry in the lead up to Christmas 2024.
With large parts of the TV show filmed in South Wales it also gave Barry some prime time mainstream airtime.
Redlands is a mere 2 mins from the Usta Turkish restaurant and also the Ship public house of Gavin and Stacey fame.
